So, it would not make sense that Lippert actually plagiarised the Australian PM's speech, since he is all too knowledgable of the risks and penalities. Do we think that he was the innocent "fall guy" for Harper? If so, did Harper get the speech directly from his buddy, the Aussie PM? Or from the White House? Or????
Somebody's hiding something, I think.
